Authentic Euro Shams (1900 - 1940)
Our shams are either linen, cotton, or a blend. They all come from Europe and have been cleaned in a long gentle process. Most of them measure 30” x 30” larger than the “American” Euro that measures closer to 26” X 26” We usually have plenty of pairs and even more singles. Sometimes we offer them in unwashed condition at a discount.

First we fill a big plastic drum with HOT water and oxi-clean.
Next we run them through a Sanitizing cycle in a front load washer.
Then we gently add up to 50 shams to the drum and submerge them completely.
Next, cover them with an insulator (bubble wrap) and let them soak overnight.
In the morning, we gently remove them, turn them inside out and remove any residual lint.
We re-fill the drum with HOT water and Biz, and load it full of shams.
This time we also cover the whole drum with a thick foam insulator which keeps it hot for 3 days.
After 3 days of soaking, we run them through another Sanitizing cycle.
Line dry them in our warehouse.
